You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use Bettogel. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure with all funds returned in accordance with applicable procedures.
Each individual may hold only one Bettogel account. Duplicate accounts created to circumvent promotions, limits, or verification requirements will be closed and balances may be forfeited in line with our anti-fraud policy.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits apply to every promotion. Full details are published on each individual promotion page.
All accounts are subject to mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before withdrawal processing. Users must submit valid identification — MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence — and proof of address as required by our compliance obligations.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via supported local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and major Malaysian banks. Processing times and minimum amounts are detailed in Section 8 below.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Bettogel ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the Bettogel website located at bettogel.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through Bettogel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
Bettogel operates under international gaming licensing and serves players primarily in Malaysia, including users in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions across the country. All transactions on this Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Bettogel does not make any representation that the services provided are legal in all jurisdictions. It is the sole responsibility of each User to verify the legality of accessing and using online gambling services in their jurisdiction before registering or using the Platform.
Each User may register only one Account on Bettogel. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Bettogel will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You agree to notify Bettogel immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach. Notification should be directed to our support team via live chat or email at [email protected].
Where Bettogel identifies that a User has registered more than one Account, we reserve the right to close all such duplicate accounts, void any associated bets, and forfeit any bonus balances in the duplicate accounts. Real-money balances in verified duplicate accounts will be returned to the User in accordance with our standard refund procedures, minus any fraudulently obtained promotional value.
Bettogel is required, under our international licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering (AML) commitments, to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing any withdrawal request. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Standard KYC verification is completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. You will be notified by email once your verification status has been updated. During the verification period, your Account remains active for deposit and wagering activities, but withdrawal processing will be held pending successful completion of verification.

Any breach of these acceptable use conditions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law.

Any attempt to exploit promotions through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the Platform may be treated as bonus abuse. In such cases, Bettogel reserves the right to void the bonus, any associated winnings, and to restrict or close the Account concerned.
Bettogel accepts deposits via the following verified payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong), direct bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). All deposits are processed in MYR. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance in real time or within a few minutes of successful processing. Bettogel does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Limits vary based on account tier, verification status, and payment method. Users may contact support to enquire about specific limit thresholds applicable to their account.
All bets placed through Bettogel are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, arcade), which are published within the relevant sections of the Platform.
Bettogel reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: a bet exceeds applicable stake limits; a technical error has caused incorrect odds or payouts to be displayed; there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity or market manipulation; or the relevant market has been suspended or closed.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in full where: the event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise does not take place within the applicable result period; the market is settled in error; or the bet was placed using erroneous odds caused by a manifest system error. Void bets do not count towards wagering requirement completion.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds fluctuation. Bets placed at displayed odds may be accepted or declined based on real-time market conditions. Bettogel does not guarantee acceptance of any in-play bet at the odds displayed at the time of submission.
All content on the Bettogel Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software code, data compilations, and game content, is the intellectual property of Bettogel or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from Bettogel.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bettogel and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.
Bettogel's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Bettogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:
In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, Bettogel reserves the right to forfeit account balances and report the matter to relevant authorities.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your last verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, provided that all applicable KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering requirements apply to bonus funds.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bettogel holds its international gaming licence.
Users in Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to local legal restrictions. It is each User's responsibility to determine whether their participation is lawful in their specific jurisdiction. Bettogel makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. This clause does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may hold under applicable Malaysian law.
Bettogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where we make material changes to the Terms, we will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification, where practicable.
The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
